Dorian Shaddix's brilliant blue eyes opened up and adjusted lazily to the still-fuzzy landscape around him; sterilized, white and cold, where he could almost see every breath escape him in a mist, it took him all of about five seconds to realize he was laid up in the nurse's office. With a groan he ran his hand over his head and cheek, where the final stages of a bruise dotted his perfect, tanned face. With another groan he sat up enough so that he could feel his phone poke irritably into his pocket, and he pulled it out to see there were eight new messages on his phone. The date and time in particular struck him as odd: it was day two of junior year. But...hadn't the school blown up at the end of day one, junior year?

He took the time to rifle through the messages, and it was plainly obvious who they were from and what gender they were: that teacher has a lot of nerve punching you like that, dearest! and I'll have his throat cut for you by Friday. We'll be together soon my love <3, and, in one case, Hope you're doing good. Now wake up, bastard. I need someone to cheat off of in Alchemy. -Mag

Had it all been a dream?

Damn. That was some Inception level shit.

Megan peered over the top of the laptop, and tapped it once experimentally. Upon finding that it was indeed solid, she glanced over at Desde, and then back at the laptop.

IC: "Right. I'mma just... Geralt out of here, really quick," Maglod said, his cheeks turning redder than the ripe apples in the aforementioned witcher's old manor in the Isle of Avallach, and excused himself for what seemed to be a toilet break. Azura alone can say how long he intended to take there; but judging by Des and Megan's current status, he was aiming at around two hours.

The shit I would give for an Amulet of Mara right now. Mmm.

Des smiled and leaned back in her chair, taking another bite of her burger and dabbing ketchup off her bottom lip with a knuckle.

"Rebekah, you should come over to my house tonight. Dad's in Svartalfheim on business right now, but he's cool as hell about letting me have friends over as long as we promise not to get too rowdy. I have tons of spellburgers where this came from."

Megan ducked shrapnel from Mag's pun, and slipped into his seat behind the laptop undoubtedly summoned from the depths of Hell and laced with the hopes and dreams of the deceased and unfortunates. The silver-haired girl took a moment to cast a sidelong glance at the half-elf as he departed, before turning back to the laptop.

Of course, her first course of action was to boot it up.

She promised not to judge him on his desktop.

"Do spellburgers come with spellsoda to go?"

"Sure, but they're imported. Take more effort." Not deigning to say where they were imported from, Des kicked her feet up on Dorian's back (Shaddix himself was gasping for breath as the blood tried rushing back to his brain, and was continually forced back) and cocked her head at Megan questioningly. Navy blue highlights fell into one eye.

"Mag's pretty big about his privacy, you know. Not sure you want to be going through there."

IC: Little did Maglod know, at the time halfway to the train station, trying to get as far from the school as possible before it blows, that his Pictures directory had been quite effectively tampered with by the spell.

This, my friends and compatriots, is Maglod's Blog.
