IC:

Dorian Shaddix's brilliant blue eyes opened up and adjusted lazily to the still-fuzzy landscape around him; sterilized, white and cold, where he could almost see every breath escape him in a mist, it took him all of about five seconds to realize he was laid up in the nurse's office. With a groan he ran his hand over his head and cheek, where the final stages of a bruise dotted his perfect, tanned face. With another groan he sat up enough so that he could feel his phone poke irritably into his pocket, and he pulled it out to see there were eight new messages on his phone. The date and time in particular struck him as odd: it was day two of junior year. But...hadn't the school blown up at the end of day one, junior year?

He took the time to rifle through the messages, and it was plainly obvious who they were from and what gender they were: that teacher has a lot of nerve punching you like that, dearest! and I'll have his throat cut for you by Friday. We'll be together soon my love <3, and, in one case, Hope you're doing good. Now wake up, bastard. I need someone to cheat off of in Alchemy. -Mag

Had it all been a dream?

Damn. That was some Inception level shit.

IC: "Good. Good." Maglod turned a slight bit away. He was never particularly comfortable with talking to girls he didn't know for fear of them turning into fangirl mode within the next five minutes. So instead, he did what was truly right and practical in the middle of class - he took out his laptop and launched KOTOR.

Last night, he started a new game. Was going to do this playthrough on the dark side of the force.

Megan was about to look away, go back to music and being generally left alone. Then the guy, Maglod or something, the one that girls couldn't seem to stop hovering around, took out a laptop and started up KotOR. Then she couldn't help herself.

"That KotOR?" The white haired girl asked, though she already knew the answer.

Now was the time that she actually took the time to stop and think about what she was doing. Which she should've done sooner.

"Light or dark?" Megan asked, visibly scooting her chair a bit closer.

A bit of Maglod was getting alarmed at the visible increase in his proximity to Megan, but that bit he stifled by sticking an imaginary dagger in that bit's imaginary neck.

"O. sup Mag." he mumbled, slamming it shut as he was locked in a bout between sleep and wakefulness.

Megan nodded enthusiastically, though her eyes were glued to the screen. She decided to keep quite, both out of personal preference and the fact that she didn't want to risk annoying someone who she found to have a common interest.

IC: Taris.

A Sith-occupied world on the farthest reaches of the galaxy, where Bastila Shan is stranded (God knows where, tbh) and only Magh Lodhiar, soldier of the Republic, and his comrade Carth Onasi, can save her. Once, Taris was a prosperous world, but now it is the toilet seat of the galaxy, full of Sith, racists and, worst of all, people.

Magh Lodhiar was always an exceptional soldier, but also within his heart lurks a temptation to power and darkness that he could never truly fight. This temptation has the capability to destroy him, though he does not yet know this.

Meanwhile in the real world, Maglod shot a glance at Jolek. "You okay, mate?"

IC: With a final, incomprehensible retort, Jolek eventually stopped bothering his friend as he returned to his nap, dreaming of being part of a bizarre adventure with a man by the surname of Joestar.

Megan was oblivious to Jolek and Maglod's discussion that was happening right next to her. Instead, it seemed like it was impossible to tear her away from the screen.

IC: Maglod shot a glance at the thoroughly enchanted girl sitting next to him, and suddenly realized, a second later, that she was rather damn beautiful. And more importantly, she was enchanted by the game, not by him.

And one more second later, he realized any longer periods of time spent looking at her would classify as staring, so he quickly retracted his gaze.

If Megan noticed the fact that Maglod had actually looked at her for an extended period of time, she didn't show it. Completely. She did adjust herself slightly in her chair, her cyan eyes flicking towards Maglod as he glanced away.

IC: "Thank you Desde you're a life saver." he said, yawning. Rubbing his eyes, he found that Maglod and Megan were rather close. And by proxy, this made the latter fairly close to him. Scooting towards Desde for some breathing room, he began ther arduous task of blinking the sleep away.
